Privacy notice

Get Recommended is run by Atlas Labs. This notice explains what we do with the details you give us.

What we collect

When you ask for a free check: your name, email, business name, website, trade and area. When you buy: the details Stripe collects to take payment. We never see your card number.

Free tools

When you use the live AI check, we keep your inputs and the result for up to 30 days, linked to a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address so we can limit how often each person runs it. The crawler and schema checkers only fetch the public page you enter and keep nothing.

What we use it for

To run your check, send you the report, follow up about it, and deliver work you've paid for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for checks and follow-ups, and contract for paid work.

Who we share it with

Our email provider, Stripe for payments, and the hosting provider for this site. We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

Free-check details for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records of paid work for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us contacting you, by emailing sales@atlaslabs.agency. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
