Who we are
Get Recommended is run by Atlas Labs, a London engineering firm that builds order and operations systems for retailers. Get Recommended is its service for UK local businesses that want to be named when customers ask AI tools for a recommendation.
We check ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews the way customers use them, find what's holding a business back, and fix it.
How we work
- We measure ourselves too. We track whether AI tools name Get Recommended for the questions we want to win, using the same checks we run for clients, and we'll publish the results, including where we aren't named.
- We promise the work, not the outcome. Nobody controls what AI tools say. We promise the fixes and a monthly measurement of what changed, and we say plainly when something didn't move.
- No fake reviews, posts or hidden text. Fake reviews are illegal in the UK, sock-puppet posts get exposed, and hidden instructions to AI are treated as spam. We don't use any of them, for us or for clients.
- Everything is checked by a person. Every page and listing change is approved by you before it goes live, and every audit is read by someone on the team before it's sent.
